Grilled Mediterranean Salad.

One mouthful will catapult you straight to a the Mediterranean island of Malta.

Grilled Mediterranean Salad

Marinade:

2 tbsp of: - extra virgin olive oil - red wine vinegar

- filtered water - freshly chopped parsley 2 tsp of: - minced garlic - dried basil

1 tsp of: - dried oregano - Himalayan salt

Use the above to marinate lean chicken breast, sliced halloumi cheese, or tofu. Once cooked, place it on the following salad:

Salad: Cous lettuce leaves Baby spinach Roma tomatoes

Red onion Sliced olives Crumbed feta or goats cheese Avocado Hemp seeds Lemon & the above marinade to dress.
