This low carb bircher is super quick & easy to make the morning of, or night before consumption. It is full of healthy fats, fibre and protein to satisfy your belly and cravings all morning.
With hemp & chia seeds, your body will be flooded with Omega-3 fatty acids, which is an essential nutrient we need to get from food we eat. Omega-3's have powerful benefits for our body & brain health.

HOMEMADE LOW CARB BIRCHER:
60ML OF LIGHT COCONUT MILK
2/3 CUP OF FILTERED WATER
4 TBSP OF HEMP SEEDS 2 TBSP OF CHIA SEEDS
4 TBSP OF SHREDDED COCONUT
2 TBSP OF PSYLLIUM HUSKS
1/2 TSP OF VANILLA EXTRACT
CINNAMON TO TASTE
Mix all the ingredients together & top with fruit. Adjust the water accordingly to how thick you like the consistency.
